Each DenHaus order currently includes one foldable pet house, a suitable bed and the travel case.

Most pets are naturally curious about new spaces. When we tested DenHaus Paws with dogs and cats of different breeds and sizes, many sniffed around and some stepped inside right away. Others took a little encouragement: a treat, a favorite toy, or placing their cushion inside and quickly made it their spot.

That’s because the den is designed to feel like a cozy, enclosed space where pets can retreat and relax. Dogs and cats both enjoy having a safe corner that’s just for them.

We also offer 14-day returns if your pet truly doesn’t settle in.

Felt House: Wipe clean with a damp cloth or use a lint roller for fur.

Cushion: The bed is machine washable.

Case: Waterproof Oxford fabric — easily wipeable with mild soap and water.

The felt itself is breathable, unlike solid, non-porous materials.

For optimal comfort in warmer climates, we recommend placing the den in a well-ventilated area of your home, away from direct sunlight.

You can also remove the interior cushion on very hot days or add a cooling mat inside for extra relief.

Each DenHaus is designed to fit both your pet’s weight and shoulder height (from the ground to the top of their shoulder).

DenHaus Paws is designed primarily for indoor use — the felt walls and cushion are best kept away from rain or harsh weather.

However, you can absolutely use it outdoors in shaded, dry areas such as a covered patio, balcony, or backyard lounge space.

For travel or picnics, you can pack the den into the waterproof Oxford case (add-on), making it easy to carry and keep clean.

Yes. We want both you and your pet to love your DenHaus. If your pet doesn’t settle in, or if you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Items must be returned in good condition with original packaging.

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the product.
