At DenHaus Paws, we want you (and your pet) to feel confident in your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, cushions and textiles must be unopened and unused to qualify.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@denhauspaws.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the product back to us in secure packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, please place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
